Since 1995 The Outpost Housing Project has supported LGBT young people aged between 16 and 25 who are homeless or have a housing need.

ARE YOU:

• Aged 16-25?

• Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or think you might be?

• Facing abuse, rejection or discrimination because of your gender identity or sexual orientation?

• Homeless or need a home where you can be free to express who you are?

• In need of support, guidance and advice?
