We currently have 8 bedsits in Newcastle City Centre - 4 female and 4 male. These are not for emergency access. The flats are for single people and are self contained.  This means that each flat has its own front door, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bed area.

All the flats are fully furnished, including bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, and a first week's basic shop and toiletries. Cooking, cleaning, and paying for items such as electricity and water will be your responsibility; your Support Worker can help you to learn the necessary skills if needed.

Support is available to you from our Project Workers Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We will help you settle into your flat and when you are ready, we can help you to move on to independent living. The maximum time you can stay in one of our flats is 18 months, but we will help you find somewhere to move on to. We will expect you to attend regular support sessions whilst you are living in one of our properties.
