There are many ways in which you and your company can help:

• Payroll Giving: This is a flexible scheme which allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly and on a tax free basis to charities and causes of their choice.

• Fundraising: Do your staff want to help raise money for a good cause?

 Here are some suggestions:

• a dress-down day

• do a charity abseil or sponsored run
