Ambassador Role with Outpost Housing Project

The Outpost Housing Project is a small charity doing important work to support LGBT youth homeless. Over the past few months we have gained support from individuals from all over the UK who have expressed an interest in helping us.

We have therefore launched a new Ambassador role to help people who want to represent our charity at a local level across the UK.

How an Ambassador can help our charity:

• Representing The Outpost Housing Project at local events which our staff cannot attend
• Pursuing funding opportunities within your area
• Forging new relationships between The Outpost Housing Project and other organisations
• Raising awareness of The Outpost Housing Project, including distributing information or giving talks about our work, and encouraging businesses and individuals to help support our work.
• Helping to organise and or promote fundraising opportunities in your area to generate income and support for our charity.
• Obtaining donations of auction prizes
• Helping to obtain support from influential people and celebrities with the aim of raising the profile of our work.
